magnificence of the Himalayas, merged with one of the most important
and colourful celebrations on the Sherpa calendar. from 10 to 20 days
(personalised schedules available) including an amazing journey to the
Sacred Lakes of Gokyo with magnificent vista of Mt Everest, at 5400
meters. Side trips to Everest Base camp are also possible. Trip departs Kathmandu June 10 and individual program arrangements can be made for shorter journeys - the main trip returns to Kathmandu on or before July 1. International flights should arrive KTM June 8th and depart on or after July 2. Trek 2. Mustang - Tibetan Plateau Right
in the foothills of the Himalayas, including Muktinath and many of the
most spectacular areas of Tibetan culture, preserved from Chinese
destruction due to Nepalese territory, this tent based trek is a once
in a lifetime visit to the traditional Tibetan culture, Buddhism and
some of the most beautiful monasteries in the world. Gentle slopes make
this a potential family trek. Maximum altitude for the journey is a
significant but comfortable 4,100 meters and weather conditions are
mild. A cooking tent, cooks, guides, and staff put your tent up each
day, prepare delicious meals using local vegetables and take care of
all necessities. Exact dates are to be confirmed - 17 days Kathmandu to Kathmandu Trek 3. Mt Everest Base Camp, Kala Phatar, Gokyo This is a mild to difficult trek, with a need for significant fitness. Altitudes are 5400, 5500, and 5300 respectively. Acclimatisation at an ascent rate recommended by the Himalayan Rescue Association are followed. Accommodation is tea houses we provide sleeping bags and down jackets. At this time of year temperatures drop below zero frequently. Need to be in Kathmandu on or before November 16 and international departures need to be on or after December 8. Please note: Insurances,
international airfares, tips, beverages, trekking gear and emergency
funds are not included in the all inclusive prices. However, all food
on the trek, accommodation in Kathmandu on a B&B basis, porters,
guides, water, food, accommodation on the trek, flights to and from
locality, internal transport, first aid supplies, sleeping bags, down
jackets (new and kept) and pick up and delivery from airport are
